Classic (8 packs, approx. 2.75 kg):

  • Sirloin steak: approx. 250 g
  • Leg steak: approx. 500 g
  • Stew meat: approx. 500 g
  • Dry salami / Cured block: approx. 500 g
  • Roasting sausage: approx. 1 kg

Family (3 packs, approx. 5.4 kg):

  • Sirloin steak: approx. 400 g
  • Leg steak: approx. 1 kg
  • Stew meat: approx. 1 kg
  • Dry salami / Cured block: approx. 1 kg
  • Roasting sausage: approx. 2 kg

Premium (2 packs, approx. 2.7 kg):

  • Tenderloin: approx. 300 g
  • Sirloin steak: approx. 400 g
  • Leg steak: approx. 500 g
  • Stew meat: approx. 500 g
  • Roasting sausage: approx. 500 g
  • Dry salami / Cured block: approx. 500 g

 

First come, first served! Only 2 “Premium” packs will include a tenderloin.

Note: As it is very difficult to calculate the exact weight the animal will yield in advance, we will naturally divide the various cuts fairly.
